Nature Therapy
At Margót Rose, I am passionate about the benefits of connecting with nature, which has positive benefits to people’s mental health and wellbeing. While I offer clients a traditional therapy room setting, in addition I also provide clients with the choice of a walk and talk outdoor therapy treatment, set within the beautiful surroundings of nature, scenic locations in Wirral and Liverpool. Being in nature can help alleviate symptoms of depression, anxiety, and can improve sleep. Nature can relieve fear and stress, having overall documented positive benefits, reducing blood pressure and heart rate.
At Margót Rose, clients can experience the wellbeing effects of nature, a sense of calmness and freedom, helping you to regain perspective, being present, enabling you to talk more freely about your personal struggles. Margót Rose, is one of the select few counselling practices locally that offer clients a talking therapy in nature. Being immersed in nature as part of a talking therapy treatment has been favourable for many people who are neurodivergent.
For clients who opt to have therapy remotely, I can provide you with ways in which you can bring nature indoors. Creating an immersive experience of nature, exposure to natural elements, can have a restorative effect on you.
